American Heart Association HeartSaver First Aid, CPR and AED is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.

Who should take this course?

The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

The classroom course can be completed in approximately 1 ¾ hours (including optional lessons and breaks)

On the same day, after your class you will receive a Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion E-Card, valid for two years
