Update on Nelson's recovery May 14, 2025

As you all know, our instructor Nelson had a major heart attack last month and eneded up having a three vessel CABG. Thank God he's healing well and no signs of any problems!!!  Minimal pain and he's taking walks several times a day and a flight of stairs.

Every day his walk gets a minute or two longer. He's healing really well! He got the stitches taken out from the chest tubes a few days ago. 

We are all super excited that he is recovering so quickly and can't wait for him to come back to work!
